Opened in November 2001 Choice Bar & Restaurant represents the first venture for Choice Manchester Ltd. With the success of the business and successful accolades such as Restaurant of the Year, Best Wine List, Restaurant Chef of the Year and Best Newcomer Runner Up, Choice Manchester Ltd has established a solid platform to grow throughout the region.

Working closely with local specialist Food suppliers and high quality International Beers & Wines suppliers the restaurant has redeveloped Castlefield into a dining destination. In a diverse and challenging city such as Manchester the success of this small neighbourhood restaurant has been outstanding.

Throughout its work alongside Marketing Manchester and the North West Development Agency the restaurant has won a place in the heart of Mancunians and those from far afield.

The next step for this ambitious company is the development of a second restaurant in South Manchester and sites are currently sought.
